We are faced with beginning a new phase of our journey as a ministry to the lost and broken of the tri-state area after the announcement that a faithful servant has been called to serve God in a new venue.
After 12 years ministering together and being ministered to by Jason Bearinger as our worship leader at CCC, we will have to say goodbye soon. It has been an honor and a privilege to see one who thought they were disqualified for ministry flourish into a man of God who leads us into the very presence of God every Sunday.
God has blessed us and will continue to bless us as we faithfully seek his face and serve for the glory of his kingdom. God already has someone to come help us with worship. We must prayerfully seek his will and rely on his direction.
God always provides and he causes every ending to be a new beginning. He knows what this ministry needs to reach the lost and broken people of this area. He has a plan and we must seek him earnestly with all of our hearts.
Transition is never easy. Change is never painless. We pray that God will guide Jason and Heather to the center of his will for them, and that he will bless them beyond their wildest dreams as they continue to walk in faithful service to him.
We must practice “Letting Go Love” as we all trust for God’s will to be done. if you don’t understand the concept, check out this week’s sermon at www.cumberlandcommunitychurch.com “Real Life Week 8, Letting Go Love.”
